Key Insights
Canada's WPDP is the most structured and philosophically coherent LTPD document in this study. Its 5Cs framework and evidence-based 4 pathways to Top 100 provide a model that many other nations reference. The combination of the WPDP, High Performance Handbook, and CS4L LTAD framework gives Canada the most complete documentation suite of any nation reviewed.
